Let me tell you about something

So here is something random real quick. So right before my trip, I was gung-ho about keeping my face spotless for the wedding. Ever since I had little miss Avie pants, my jaw line has seen better days. Lovely I know. But I blame it on the hormones...pregnancy does a number on you I'll tell ya what. Anyway, nothing in the world could prevent me from my wonderful hormonal breakouts, but the night before we left I went out and bought this little guy: Olay Regenerist Microdermabrasion and Peel kit.
So it was kinda on a whim, and honestly I did minimal research before buying it (and if you know me, googling the crap out of reviews is kind of my thing) but I was desperate. I was also a little afraid considering that I have never done a microderm before, and probably the last place you want to start is with a kit from Wal-mart. It was like 11 pm ok!!! I was frazzled from packing and my judgement was hazy!

To get on with the point of the story, it actually was a pretty sweet buy! I tried it out that night and by morning my skin looked noticeably brighter and healthier! Maybe that was just me being a little too eager, but I took it on my trip with me, and throughout the week I used it about every other day (I really think that might have been overdoing it) but I was addicted! It made my face feel like a baby's bottom...and best of all, my skin is nearly perfect this week!

Now I'm not saying that this will work for everyone, so please don't blame me if you have a bad reaction to this, BUT it did work for me and I gotta say that I don't know why anyone would spend money on a real microderm after using this. I like it that much. So anyway, that's my little review for the day I suppose. You can pick this up at Wal-mart for like 23 bucks, it's worth a try I think!

Before I go, I will leave you with some more pictures of my trip! This was the first day in San Diego! We had flown in that morning and went straight to Old Town San Diego. SWOON! It's amazing. Not to mention there is legit mexican restaurants on every corner, my personal fav. You must go!

In case anyone is wondering, my shirt is from Forever 21($17.80), my pants are from Forever 21($10.80), and my cardigan is from Forever 21($12.80)...sometimes I think I single handedly keep them in business.
