Mommy and Mini

I have ALWAYS wanted to do a fun Mommy and mini session with my little love bug. The 2 of us wearing matching outfits, the thought of it was to die for. That is why I couldn't wait to model these amazing skirts when I teamed up with Inspired By Tess. Haven't heard of her before? Well it is time you have! She offers the most adorable customizable pencil skirts for you, and ones to match for your little girl. She also has a handful of adorable toddler shirts and pants. That is for sure on my list next for Ava:)

I loved having little Ava dressed up to match me, although she was not as fond of the idea. Can someone remind me to never use her as a model again? Being a toddler and holding still for pictures are like oil and water. Never gonna mix. I literally fear our upcoming family photos. Anyway, I was so impressed by the quality of the skirts, and especially for my post baby (*cough* 2 year post) bod. They were stretchy, but still were flattering on my figure. I felt like a hot momma! Not to mention our skirts were my personal favorite, leopard. You can't go wrong with leopard for fall. If you want to pose for your own Mommy and Mini shoot, heading over to Inspired By Tess is first place to start. You won't regret it, unless you buy everything...which you might.
this is my "this is not going to work" face
annnnnnd we're done.

  5. So cute! Morgan, you look gorgeous, as always. You should do another shoot with Ava. My father's a photographer and whenever he did family photos with little ones he always got amazing shots when he had the kids do some kind of activity. Whatever she's into: climbing stuff, throwing a ball, eating a treat, playing with her favorite toy, blowing bubbles, drawing with sidewalk chalk. Talk it up, "We're going to have so much fun playing with bubbles and taking pictures today!"
